Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "dg63", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the dg63 online gaming platform, its operators, and affiliates operating the services available at dg63.org.
• "Platform" — refers to the dg63 website, mobile web application, and all gaming, sportsbook, and account management services accessible through dg63.org.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any part of the dg63 Platform.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered dg63 account created by a Player in accordance with the registration requirements set out in these Terms.
• "Wallet" — refers to the PHP-denominated virtual account balance held within a Player's dg63 Account, used for depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds.
• "Games" — refers to all casino games, live dealer games, slot games, bingo, fishing games, and any other gaming products offered through the dg63 Platform.
• "Sportsbook" — refers to the sports betting services offered through the dg63 Platform, including pre-match and live in-play wagering markets.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive offered by dg63 to Players, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by dg63 before withdrawal privileges are granted to a Player's Account.
• "PAGCOR" — refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" — refers to the Philippine Peso, the currency in which all dg63 Wallet balances are denominated.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the dg63 registration process, by clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation during account setup, or by continuing to access or use the dg63 Platform after any published update to these Terms, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the dg63 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and dg63 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. No oral or written statement made by any dg63 representative — including customer support staff — shall be deemed to vary, amend, or supplement these Terms unless confirmed in writing by dg63 management and published on the Platform.

dg63 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of dg63 following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on dg63, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing real-money online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised gaming regulatory authority.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have had a previous dg63 Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

dg63 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, or UMID card). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by dg63 may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Responsibilities

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the dg63 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name or different names, and whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or for any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. dg63 will close all duplicate Accounts, void any bonuses claimed, and may permanently ban the associated individual from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. dg63 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication, which is available in your Account security settings.

You agree not to share your Account credentials with any third party, nor to allow any other person to access or use your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are active — including wagers placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dg63 support immediately at [email protected]. dg63 will investigate and may temporarily restrict your Account pending the outcome of that investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your name, address, or contact details must be submitted to dg63 support with supporting documentation. dg63 will not be responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on dg63 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). dg63 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at dg63's discretion.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your dg63 Wallet are available for wagering once the deposit is confirmed and credited to your Account. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account. dg63 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible, as part of dg63's anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your Account at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification if they exceed standard thresholds or if your Account activity triggers an AML review.
• dg63 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of a security or compliance review. Players will be notified by email if this applies to their Account.
• Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not count toward withdrawal amounts.

dg63 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not registered in the Player's own name, or cryptocurrency wallets that cannot be linked to a verified identity. These restrictions are in place to protect Players and to comply with Philippine AML obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

dg63 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses awarded by dg63 carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified in the promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the dg63 Platform contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms for each promotion. Live dealer games and certain slot titles may have reduced or zero contribution.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any winnings derived from bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the period specified in the promotion terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit.
• Maximum Bonus Withdrawal: Some dg63 bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, dg63 Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses at dg63's discretion.
• Bonus Abuse: dg63 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing low-risk hedge bets to meet wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of bonus structures.

dg63 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected Players via their registered email address.

Gameplay Rules

All Games available on the dg63 Platform are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by human dealers in accordance with the rules of the relevant game. Game results are final once a round is completed. dg63 does not accept complaints regarding game outcomes based on Player dissatisfaction with the result of a fair, correctly conducted game round.

In the event of a technical failure — including server interruption, disconnection, or software malfunction — during a game round, dg63's system will attempt to complete or void the affected round in accordance with the rules of the relevant game. Where a round cannot be reconstructed from server logs, dg63 will refund the wager amount to the Player's Wallet. This refund constitutes full and final settlement for the affected round.

dg63 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds, on markets opened or closed in error, or where a technical error resulted in an obviously incorrect price or game parameter. Players who knowingly exploit technical errors in game settings, odds, or software behaviour are in breach of these Terms and may have affected winnings voided.

For sportsbook wagers, dg63 follows standard industry rules regarding match abandonment, postponement, walkovers, and void bets. Specific sportsbook rules for each market type are published within the dg63 sportsbook section and form part of these Terms by reference.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dg63 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account on dg63, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the dg63 Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the dg63 Platform or any Games.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating in multiplayer games or sportsbook markets.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform or Games for financial gain.
• Laundering money or using the dg63 Platform to facilitate any financial crime or criminal activity.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name, or depositing funds on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any dg63 software or games.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or places an unreasonable burden on the dg63 infrastructure or services.

dg63 reserves the right — at its sole discretion — to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in violation of this clause, to void any associated bets or bonuses, and to withhold any balance pending a compliance investigation. Where dg63 has reasonable grounds to suspect criminal conduct, the matter will be referred to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the dg63 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, user interface elements, text, logos, trademarks, trade names, and audiovisual materials — is the property of dg63 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

dg63 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of engaging in lawful personal gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content or software from the dg63 Platform without the prior written consent of dg63.

The dg63 name, logo, and associated branding are registered or unregistered trademarks of the dg63 operator. Unauthorised use of dg63 branding in any context — including in social media, third-party websites, or promotional materials — without express written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dg63 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activities on the Platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes or sportsbook results.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the dg63 Platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by third-party infrastructure, internet service providers, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, banks, or blockchain networks.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude dg63's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. dg63's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The dg63 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dg63 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful code. You access and use the dg63 Platform entirely at your own risk.

Responsible Gaming

dg63 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to its Players. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment and not a reliable means of generating income, and that there is always a risk of financial loss.

dg63 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible from within your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive on-screen reminders at intervals during extended play sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to real-money gaming for periods of 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the dg63 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

dg63 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction on all Accounts. No real-money gameplay, bonus claims, or withdrawal processing will be permitted for any Account that has not completed age-verified KYC. Account Suspension & Closure

dg63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Account activity that triggers dg63's AML or responsible gaming monitoring systems.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder or a notification from PAGCOR or an equivalent regulatory body.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, dg63 may retain any balance remaining in the Account pending the outcome of an investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, dg63 reserves the right to forfeit the balance to cover administrative costs, losses arising from the breach, or as required by applicable law.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting dg63 support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of all applicable wagering conditions.

Amendments to These Terms

dg63 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made — including changes to withdrawal policies, bonus terms, eligible jurisdictions, or Player obligations — dg63 will notify affected Players via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the dg63 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting dg63 support.

dg63 recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect their use of the Platform.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and dg63, you are encouraged to contact dg63 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. dg63 will endeavour to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days and to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through dg63's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its published regulatory complaints channel. dg63 is subject to PAGCOR oversight and will cooperate fully with any regulatory inquiry or mediation process initiated by PAGCOR in connection with a Player dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law, including any rights you may have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
